Can you help? Island Strings, a nonprofit dedicated to creating opportunities and access to stringed instrument education for Whidbey Island students, is offering scholarships for string players under age 18. All levels of players in need of assistance are encouraged to apply. Awards will help to offset educational costs in three categories: private instruction, instrument rental or ensemble tuition. See our website for information and resources https://islandstrings.org
